A 5-day live, ADHD-friendly procrastination challenge for founders

Nov 2–6, 2026 · $47

“During my one hour executive coaching session with Abby, I accomplished something that probably would have taken me a year otherwise.”
- Julie T.

Pick the one thing you’ve been avoiding. Get it done in 5 days.

We kick off together live on Zoom, you check in every day, and there’s a finish line session at the end of the week, with prizes for the biggest wins.

Here’s how it works.

  1. 1.The kickoff

    Monday, November 2

10 AM Pacific · 90 minutes · Live on Zoom

We’ll kick things off together on Zoom, where I’ll help you choose an achievable finish line for the week and break it down into a plan you can actually follow.

We’ll also tackle some of the mindset blocks and practical obstacles that have been keeping you stuck.

You’ll leave with a clear goal, a game plan, and a group of people who know exactly what you’re working toward.

  2. 2.The challenge

    Tuesday, November 3 – Thursday, November 5

Every day, you’ll check in with the group, share what you got done, and tell us what’s next.

No disappearing into your inbox and pretending that project doesn’t exist.

You’ll have people cheering you on, helping you get unstuck, and expecting to hear how it’s going.

There will be plenty of encouragement and probably a few breakthroughs along the way.

  3. 3.The finish line

    Friday, November 6

10 AM Pacific · 90 minutes · Live on Zoom

Imagine getting to Friday, November 6 and realizing that thing you’ve been thinking about for months is finally DONE.

We’ll get back together on Zoom to celebrate what everyone accomplished, share our biggest breakthroughs, and recognize the people who really went for it.

And yes, there will be prizes for some of the biggest accomplishments and breakthroughs of the week.

I’m particularly excited about this part.

Abby

Hi, I’m Abby

I’m an artist and founder coach, and I think it’s hilarious how complicated we can make things that are actually pretty simple.

I spend a surprising amount of my professional life helping very accomplished people do things they’ve been avoiding. Turns out, being wildly capable doesn’t make you immune to procrastination.

I’m a big believer in imperfect action. Doing the thing before you feel ready, figuring it out as you go, and discovering that most things aren’t nearly as complicated as we’ve made them out to be.

Life is too beautiful to spend three months avoiding something that could be handled in an afternoon.

So I created a week dedicated to finally doing the things.

The freedom you’re looking for is on the other side of that thing you’ve been avoiding.

As a founder with a creative brain, you can be making incredible progress in one area of your life while feeling completely stuck in another. You can be the person everyone relies on to figure things out, while having a few things in your own life you just can’t seem to face.

And the interesting thing is, nobody would necessarily know. They see the company you’re building, the things you’re accomplishing, the person who always figures it out.

They don’t see the conversation you’ve been avoiding for six months, the relationship you’ve been meaning to give more attention to, or the book you’ve wanted to write for years but somehow never seem to start.

Your entire relationship with yourself changes when you finally do the things you’ve been procrastinating on.

I’m bringing together a group of founders with creative brains who are already getting an extraordinary amount done, and are ready to face a few of the things they’ve gotten very good at avoiding.

We’ll choose what we’re going to get done, figure out what’s been getting in the way, and spend the week actually doing the work.

And because I happen to think accountability is much more effective when it’s actually enjoyable, we’re making it fun, with prizes.

A few words from people I’ve coached

Abby has a gift. She created a safe space during our breakthrough executive coaching session where my true self expression showed up. After the session, I feel unstoppable.

After my breakthrough session with Abby, I feel like a weight has been lifted. The conceptual business goals I brought to her have now become a clear, simple framework I can always reference.

A zero-judgment, ADHD-friendly space for founders to overcome procrastination so they can get back to changing the world.
